It’s best for small to mid-sized teams that find Basecamp’s native task tracking too basic but don’t want to migrate to a heavyweight project management suite. The main draw is how seamlessly it augments Basecamp without disrupting existing workflows, but it’s not a standalone solution and won’t suit teams looking for deep reporting, automation, or advanced integrations. Pricing is reasonable for the value, but if you’re not already committed to Basecamp, there are more robust all-in-one options out there.
